You may sign in on multiple devices that you own.

However, Worship Percs Essentials may limit the number of devices active simultaneously when it detects usage that indicates unauthorized account distribution.

We reserve the right to request a new identity verification when we detect unusual activity.

When a user acquires products using the same email address registered with Worship Percs Essentials, those products may automatically appear in their personal library, whenever technically possible.

Purchase synchronization may include products previously acquired through platforms authorized by Worship Percs Essentials.

The availability of this feature will depend on the correct identification of the buyer and the information provided during the purchase.

We do not guarantee automatic synchronization when there are discrepancies between the data used during the purchase and the data registered in the account.

Worship Percs Essentials may temporarily or permanently suspend any account when it considers that the user has breached these Terms.

Causes may include, among others:

• Illegally sharing products.
• Sharing the account with third parties.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Using stolen cards.
• Fraud attempts.
• Reverse engineering our services.
• Unauthorized automated use.
• Attacks against our systems.
• License violations.
• Distribution of protected content.
• Harassment or threats towards our team.
• Repeated violations of these Terms.

Suspension may be carried out with or without prior notice.

We reserve the right to investigate any activity we reasonably consider suspicious.

We may request additional information to verify the user's identity before approving a purchase, restoring an account, or allowing new downloads.

If we detect fraud, we may:

• Suspend the account.

Users may stop using Worship Percs Essentials at any time.

The deletion of an account does not automatically extinguish the obligations arising from previously made purchases, nor does it remove the restrictions established in the usage licenses.

• YouTube videos.
• Streaming.
• Social media.
• Music distributed on digital platforms.
• Work performed for clients.

No additional royalties are required for using our sounds within a finished music production.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Reselling any Worship Percs Essentials product.
• Sharing files with third parties.
• Uploading products to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Mega, or similar services for public distribution.
• Sharing products through Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook, Reddit, forums, or any other platform.
• Publishing download links.
• Redistributing any file in whole or in part.
• Modifying our sounds to sell them as a new library.
• Including our sounds within another commercial pack.
• Commercializing edited versions of our products.
• Removing watermarks or protection mechanisms when present.
• Using our products to create a competing library.

These restrictions apply even when the files have been modified, processed, mixed, or converted to another format.

The redistribution of any Worship Percs Essentials product is prohibited.

This includes, among others:

• Individual samples.
• One Shots.
• Loops.
• Ambient Pads.
• Song Samples.
• Presets.
• MIDI files.
• Downloadable resources.
• Documentation.
• Images.
• Videos.
• Manuals.

Redistribution may only be carried out with express written authorization from Worship Percs Essentials.

Worship Percs Essentials products may be freely used during:

• Religious services.
• Churches.
• Christian events.
• Concerts.
• Conferences.
• Camps.
• Rehearsals.
• Live recordings.
• Streaming.
• Internet broadcasts.
• In-person events.

Provided that the content is not redistributed as a standalone product.

The user may use our products within commercial songs, albums, singles, soundtracks, jingles, audiovisual productions, and any other finished work.

The license only covers the use of the content as part of a finished work.

Under no circumstances may the original file included in our products be sold.

It is not permitted to use our products to create:

• New sample libraries.
• New One Shot packs.
• Ambient Pad packs.
• Sound banks.
• Products for Drum Pads.
• Kontakt libraries.
• Virtual instruments.
• Plugins.
• Commercial presets that include our files.

Even when the content has been edited or processed.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Worship Percs Essentials, it is prohibited to use any of our products to:

• Train Artificial Intelligence models.
• Feed databases intended for AI training.
• Create generative audio models.
• Create sound synthesis systems.
• Generate new samples through machine learning using our files.
• Develop commercial tools based in whole or in part on our content.

This prohibition includes any current or future technology related to Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.

All software developed by Worship Percs Essentials, including mobile applications, web tools, and any related component, is licensed solely for use in accordance with these Terms.

The following is prohibited:

• Decompiling.
• Disassembling.
• Reverse engineering.
• Modifying the code.
• Extracting internal resources.
• Copying the interface.
• Creating derivative applications.
• Bypassing security or licensing systems.

Some products available within Worship Percs Essentials may belong to independent producers.

In such cases:

• The producer retains intellectual property of their content.
• Worship Percs Essentials acts as an authorized distribution platform.
• The buyer receives the same limited usage license established in these Terms, unless the producer specifies additional conditions.

If we detect that a user:

• illegally shares products;
• sells protected content;
• distributes files without authorization;
• uses our products outside the scope of this license;

we may, among other measures:

• suspend the account;
• cancel access to future purchases;
• revoke licenses;
• remove access to the library;
• request the removal of distributed content;
• pursue the corresponding legal actions.

Worship Percs Essentials respects the intellectual property rights of third parties.

If you believe that any content published on our platform infringes your copyright, you may contact our team by providing the information necessary to evaluate the case.

Likewise, we reserve the right to immediately remove any content we consider to infringe intellectual property rights.

"Worship Percs Essentials", its logos, designs, graphic elements, trade names, visual identity, and other distinctive signs are the exclusive property of Worship Percs Essentials.

Nothing contained on this platform shall be interpreted as authorization to use such trademarks without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted through these Terms remain reserved by Worship Percs Essentials.

The purchase of a product grants only the usage rights established herein and does not imply any assignment of intellectual property.

Worship Percs Essentials may offer mobile applications, desktop applications, web tools, software, and other technological solutions (collectively, the "Application").

The Application is licensed to the user for personal use and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Downloading or installing the Application does not imply the sale of the software nor the transfer of any intellectual property rights.

Depending on the installed version or contracted plan, the Application may include features such as:

• Playback of Ambient Pads.
• Playback of Loops.
• One Shots.
• Song Samples.
• Library management.
• Setlists.
• Configuration editor.
• MIDI mapping.
• Compatibility with Drum Pads.
• Downloads for offline use.
• Synchronization between devices.
• Premium features.
• Other tools developed by Worship Percs Essentials.

Available features may vary with future updates.

Worship Percs Essentials may release new versions of the Application to:

• fix bugs;
• improve performance;
• add features;
• remove obsolete features;
• improve security;
• adapt the Application to new operating system versions.

Some updates may require an Internet connection.

We do not guarantee that all previous versions will remain compatible indefinitely.

Although we work to offer the greatest possible compatibility, Worship Percs Essentials does not guarantee that the Application will function correctly on all devices, operating systems, audio interfaces, MIDI controllers, Drum Pads, or third-party accessories.

Compatibility may vary depending on:

• device model;
• operating system version;
• manufacturer;
• equipment firmware;
• installed drivers;
• user configuration;
• third-party applications.

It is the user's responsibility to verify compatibility before using the Application in critical situations.

Some features may be used without an Internet connection.

However, certain features may require Internet access to:

• sign in;
• verify licenses;
• sync purchases;
• download content;
• restore purchases;
• receive updates;
• access online services.

The availability of offline features may change with future updates.

Purchased products may be downloaded directly from the Application when that feature is available.

The user is responsible for maintaining sufficient space on their device and keeping backup copies when appropriate.

Worship Percs Essentials may set reasonable download limits to protect the platform from misuse.

The Application may allow connection with MIDI devices, Drum Pads, controllers, audio interfaces, or other compatible equipment.

Correct operation will also depend on third-party hardware and software.

Worship Percs Essentials shall not be liable for incompatibilities arising from external equipment, cables, adapters, operating systems, firmware updates, or drivers provided by other manufacturers.

The Application has been designed to offer useful tools during rehearsals, recordings, and live performances.

However, no computer system is completely free of failures.

Before using the Application in a live event, concert, religious service, or any important performance, the user must verify that:

• the device is working correctly;
• the battery is sufficient or adequate power is available;
• the necessary files are downloaded;
• the operating system is compatible;
• the equipment has been tested beforehand.

Worship Percs Essentials shall not be liable for economic losses, event interruptions, cancellations, damages, or any other consequences arising from failures of the device, hardware, software, electrical power, network, or third-party equipment.

Some features may be available only through a Premium subscription or license.

Worship Percs Essentials may add, modify, or remove Premium features at any time.

The purchase of a Premium license grants access only during the contracted period or in accordance with the specific conditions of that license.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• modifying the Application;
• decompiling it;
• reverse engineering;
• extracting source code;
• copying its interface;
• removing protection systems;
• creating derivative versions;
• distributing unauthorized copies;
• automating processes to obtain undue advantages;
• using tools intended to breach the Application's security.

Any breach may result in the immediate suspension of the account and the corresponding legal actions.

Some features may depend on servers, cloud services, or external providers.

Worship Percs Essentials will make reasonable efforts to keep such services available, but does not guarantee continuous or permanent availability.

Interruptions caused by external providers, maintenance, Internet failures, or force majeure will not create liability for Worship Percs Essentials.

Worship Percs Essentials reserves the right to incorporate new features, tools, technologies, integrations, or services within the Application.

The use of such features will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions, unless specific additional conditions are published.

All rights related to the Application, including its design, interface, operation, algorithms, code, architecture, graphic elements, audio, documentation, and technology, belong exclusively to Worship Percs Essentials.

No provision of these Terms may be interpreted as an assignment of those rights to the user.

Worship Percs Essentials may allow producers, sound designers, musicians, developers, and other creators ("Producers") to publish and commercialize their products through our platform.

Participation in the Marketplace is subject to prior approval by Worship Percs Essentials.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any Producer without any obligation to justify such a decision.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Producer retains the intellectual property of the products they have created.

By publishing content on Worship Percs Essentials, the Producer grants the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• host the content;
• distribute it to authorized buyers;
• promote it;
• display screenshots, images, videos, and demonstrations;
• use their artist name, brand, and logo for promotional purposes related to the Marketplace.

This license will remain in effect for as long as the products are available on the platform and to the extent necessary to fulfill previously made purchases.

By publishing a product, the Producer represents and warrants that:

• they are the owner of the content or hold the necessary authorizations;
• the content does not infringe third-party rights;
• they have the right to commercialize such material;
• the information provided is truthful and up-to-date;
• their content complies with applicable law.

The Producer will be responsible for any claim arising from a breach of these representations.

Worship Percs Essentials may review products before or after their publication.

We reserve the right to request corrections related to:

• audio quality;
• file organization;
• documentation;
• metadata;
• promotional images;
• descriptions;
• compatibility;
• compliance with our policies.

The initial approval of a product does not imply a guarantee of permanence on the platform.

Producers will receive the economic share individually agreed upon with Worship Percs Essentials.

Distribution percentages, payment schedules, payment methods, and commercial conditions may be established through separate agreements and may be modified by mutual agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Worship Percs Essentials will determine the administrative procedure for calculating and making the corresponding payments.

Each Producer will be responsible for complying with the fiscal, tax, and legal obligations that apply in their country of residence.

Worship Percs Essentials does not act as a tax advisor to the Producer and shall not be liable for compliance with such obligations.

When available, Worship Percs Essentials may provide a control panel ("Dashboard") to view information such as:

• sales;
• revenue;
• published products;
• statistics;
• reports;
• downloads;
• other metrics.

The information displayed is for informational purposes and may be subject to adjustments, validations, or corrections.

The Producer may request the withdrawal of one or more products from the Marketplace.

However:

• purchases already made will remain valid;
• buyers will keep the licenses obtained;
• Worship Percs Essentials may retain technical copies necessary to provide support, restore purchases, or comply with legal requirements.

The withdrawal of a product will not affect rights previously granted to buyers.

Publishing content that:

• infringes copyright;
• uses trademarks without authorization;
• contains malicious software;
• violates applicable law;
• promotes unlawful activities;
• is misleading or fraudulent;
• contains offensive or discriminatory material;

is not allowed.

Worship Percs Essentials may remove such content immediately.

Worship Percs Essentials may provide initial support to buyers.

When necessary, the Producer must reasonably cooperate to resolve inquiries related to the operation, compatibility, or features of their products.

Refund requests related to Marketplace products will be evaluated in accordance with the Worship Percs Essentials Refund Policy.

When a refund is approved for reasons attributable to the Producer's content, Worship Percs Essentials may make the corresponding economic adjustments in accordance with the existing commercial agreement between the parties.

Worship Percs Essentials may suspend or terminate the participation of a Producer when, among other reasons, they:

• breach these Terms;
• infringe third-party rights;
• publish fraudulent content;
• provide false information;
• affect the reputation or security of the platform.

Termination will not affect licenses already granted to buyers nor pending obligations between the parties.

Each Producer will be solely responsible for the content they publish on the Marketplace.

Worship Percs Essentials acts as a distribution platform and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of products created by third parties.

However, we may remove any content we consider inappropriate or contrary to our policies.

Worship Percs Essentials reserves the right to:

• modify the Marketplace rules;
• update publication requirements;
• change the tools available to Producers;
• establish new product categories;
• implement new features or services.

Continued use of the Marketplace will imply acceptance of such modifications when they come into effect.

The products, services, software, applications, and content of Worship Percs Essentials are provided "as is" and "as available", except where the applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

Although we make reasonable efforts to offer high-quality products, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from errors, interruptions, or incompatibilities.

Worship Percs Essentials does not guarantee that:

• the application will be free from errors;
• the servers will remain available at all times;
• every device will be compatible;
