Terms of Use for WPE LIVE

WPE LIVE provides tools and digital resources for musicians, including audio samples, loops, ambient pads, percussion sounds, metronome functionality, and other music-related features.

Some features are available for free, while additional features and content may require an active subscription.

WPE LIVE may offer auto-renewable subscription plans, including monthly and annual subscription options.

The exact subscription price and duration are displayed inside the application and on the Apple App Store purchase confirmation screen before you complete your purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Deleting WPE LIVE does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

All purchases made through the iOS version of WPE LIVE are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Eligible purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option available inside WPE LIVE.

Certain subscriptions may provide access to additional samples, sound libraries, ambient pads, Song Samples, or other digital content.

The content available under each subscription may vary depending on the subscription tier selected.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or subscribing to WPE LIVE grants you a license to use the applicable content and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original content to you.

WPE LIVE may allow you to import your own audio files.

You retain responsibility for any content you import and must have all necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

You agree not to misuse WPE LIVE, attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, interfere with the application’s operation, or use the application in violation of applicable law.

We may update, improve, modify, add, or remove features and content from WPE LIVE over time.

We may also release updates necessary for compatibility, security, performance, or other operational reasons.

WPE LIVE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be compatible with every device, audio system, MIDI device, or third-party configuration.

Your use of WPE LIVE is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

In the event of a conflict, applicable Apple terms and applicable law will govern where required.
